• Any visitor if the site is not monetize blogging based site. Such as shop, service, product supply, product manufacture, job, studies/research, etc.
• Any visitor if site age less than 2 years.
• Trafic Country:
• Prefer: English Country such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia.  
• Avoid: Bangladesh, India, Philippines, Pakistan, China...
• Checking tools: ahrefs, ubersuggest, serpstat, semrush

• Site language: English
• Niche: 
• Must be related
• Avoiding niche (very very important)
• Multi niche – basic design checking, good looking PBN, 
• No bad neighbor: By checking the inbound links, outgoing links, competitors
• Site growth:
• Positive growth of traffic and continuity
• Not huge traffic drops
• History: Clean way-back history
• Low Percentage of Guest Posts: Site is not only for the guest post
• Social proof
• Natural backlinks
• Natural anchor text profile
• Avoid - the Same IP for the multisite (same owner)
